I discovered this by accident, I put a banana "smoothie" in the fridge over night and it was yogurt like consistency the next morning
Original
1 cup walnuts (soaked for a bit)
4 bananas
3 tbsp lemon juice
Strain soak water from walnuts and discard, blend.
Chocolate (Pictured)
1 cup walnuts (soaked for a bit)
4 bananas
3 tbsp cacao powder
4 tbsp lime juice
Strain soak water from walnuts and discard, plus Blendaroo.
Put it in the fridge overnight (it probably takes less time than that but overnight is convenient) and what you'll have is a surprisingly yogurt-like concoction. You may stir in a bit of water (like a tablespoon or 2) if you want it a little less thick. The walnuts in this recipe can be replaced with pecans, brazil nuts, etc (I find this true for most recipes with nuts).

Give 'er a whirl it's dank as ever (To you old fashioned types, dank is a good thing).
