In my experience it did not last long (if you are down to your bottom weight) Mine went back on without making any changes to my diet.
Your body sheds the false weight that it has accumulated due to toxins and blockages first and then finds its natural weight.
Make sure that you are getting sufficient calories. You can track it on sites such as www.fitday.com. If you need more calories then I suggest that you add more bananas and dates. They have high calorie value.

Are you eating enough food or enough fats? Tell us your typical diet.

Note to last post.
I would suggest that you not try to get the extra calories from nuts as sometimes that can inhibit your absorption. Stick to bananas and dates. I know that some people make something called datorade and drink it to get extra calories. I assume that it is made from blending dates in water and drinking it. Fruit calories are more readily absorbed.

It's natural for everyone to lose considerable weight when they initially go Raw! I would actually recommend you get a copy of Alissa's book LIVING ON LIVE FOOD immediately... she also has some excellent recipes and shares her experiences + many other people's stories about their own transitions. It WILL help you figure out what your Body needs to do...

Meanwhile, I know that it's hard for those of us in performance to drop so much weight (I'm an Opera singer + Actress + so on and I used to get the "My God, you're starving yourself, AREN'T you?" comments often...) however your HEALTH is your top priority - above even your professional appearance.

Just a suggestion: there are ways you can dress for the camera that will "hide" the shrinkage, if it really IS all that bad. ;) If I know I'm going to be on stage, I bulk up a bit on the garments.
