Making Falafel and Pizza crust, questions though..

How long can I store these? Can I freeze them once they are dehydrated? I am trying to prepare foods for a trip and also to have once cravings come on..
Any help would be appreciated.

You can defintely freeze. My falafel is in the freezer now! I put dates on my freezer bags too so this way I can keep track of how long its been in.

I have frozen everything I have dehydrated except crackers. I like to have these things on hand and Alissa's recipes make so much that I can't eat everything at once.
