High Raw Day 24 for me today.


Trying my hand at the Mushies again, they look great, a much better mixture of the spices!! Not feeling the Durian's..

I have to run to the store for a couple of things for my Pumpkin Pie Smoothie!!! Treat Day!! YES! Hopefully they have some Pumpkin, if not I may or may not have it today...

BREAKFAST: 20 Shiitake Mushies Marinated in: 1 tsp of Mexican Chili Powder + 1 Tsp of Paprika + 1 Tsp of Oregano + 2 Squeezes of Lime 1 Garlic Clove + 1 Lrg Tomato Juice: 25g juiced goji’s + 10 Carrot’s Juice
SNACK: 35g of Froz Durian
LUNCH: Smoothie: 3 Cups of Bok Choy + 3 Bananas Froz + 1/2 Kiwi + 1/2 Cup of Water + 1/2 Avo + 3/4 Cup of Almond Milk
SNACK: missed
SUPPER: missed
SNACK: none

Edit: wasn't able to get to the store, my mind won that battle today.

Good morning!

Today I'm trying some baba ghanoush I saw on www.rawmazing.com last night. She recommends freezing the eggplant, and this reputedly gives it a different cooked texture and removes some bitterness-I also salted and drained it ahead of time. We'll see..

So today might go something like this.
-green smoothie
-portobello pizzas
-baba ghanoush w/salad (no crackers made atm)
-oranges (they are so good lately, aren't they?)

I"m off to make a list and try to follow it!=) Be good!

Thank you Thick..yes the big ol' 38..eekk.
So far today we have had a big green smoothie= kale, banana, orange and blueberries.
will have a glass of grapefruit juice for butt dimples..lol.
L-will be; salad with leftover cheddar cheese.
D- will be; zucchini hummus with eggplant bacon all wrapped up in a zucchini..yum.
The bacon turned out absolutely delish..a little spicier then it should be, I fumbled when it was time to add cayenne, but it is awesome still.
I am also making Alissa's Blueberry pie as my birthday cake, so will have a big slice of that too..

good morning! It must be spring because the neighbors woke me up with their extremely loud polka music first thing in the morning. It only happens when it gets warm, for some reason. it's cute, i like it.

so far today: green smoothie with kale, apple, ginger, celery, currents, a spoonful of coconut butter, and a lime squeezed in. It tasted superb.

Day 8!

8 ozs vegetable juice (carrots celery apple)
bowl of broccoli (I marinated the broccoli overnight in a bit of oil, lemon juice, a tiny bit of sea salt)
Blender of smoothie (banana, lots of spinach, assorted fruits, ojuice, water)
a little bit of dulse
bowl of sweet corn

Lots of water today

I am still getting a little bit of cravings, so tomorrow I am going to pick up some cacao powder and blend together frozen bananas & the cacao for a type of dessert. I think this will cure them :)

I have a bag of the cacao nibs so maybe pick up a coffee grinder if I can't find the powder.

Tired again, and a slight headache all day. Could I still be detoxing??? sheesh.

Smoothie: romaine, bananas, frozen blueberries, orange, ground flax seed, green supplement powder, maca

Apple with almond butter

Guacamole scooped up with celery sticks

Banana ice cream

I have my first dehydrator recipe -- flax crackers! -- in the dehydrator now...

Ok, after that amazing smoothie i had more mock salmon pate (it's so delicious!!), along with some sprouts, celery, and part of a lime. then i made this...pudding? I mixed up some chia seeds with banana and cacao powder. I wouldn't really recommend it, but it cured a sweet tooth. also had grapefruit and an apple.

lots today!

Full of sun as well.

Banana meal: 9 small and 25 medium

Smoothie Meal: half head of celery with 8 oranges

Snack: orange peppers

Salad: 1 head romaine, 2 avos, and 8 good sized tomatoes

Busy day with homeschooling on day 8 so little late posting:)
