High Raw Day 23 for me. Whoa almost 30 days.
Going to try my hand at a Banana Nut Loaf, & half the ingredients. It calls for raisins, I am going to use juiced goji's. See how it turns out, hopefully they are not too powerful. If something works out for today, I will also be making my dad some peanut butter with some of the loaf. :)
Edit: Feeling super hungry today, & yesterday I could hardly eat...:p
BREAKFAST: 2 Frozen banana’s + 2 Kiwi’s + 1 Cup of Kale + 70g of Frozen Durian + 3/4 Cup of Water
SNACK: 1 Grapefruit
LUNCH: Salad (pulsed): 2 Cups of Baby Corn + 6 Cups of Chinese Lettuce + 5 Cups of Romaine Lettuce + 1 Lrg Tomato + 10 Shiitake Mushrooms + a bit of Sweet Onion + 2 Tsp of Paprika + 2 Tsps of Oregano + 2 Garlic Cloves + 1 1/4 Cup of water (ONLY HALF OF THIS)
SNACK:none
SUPPER:Blended: 3 1/2 Bananas Frozen + 1/2 Kiwi + a bit of water
SNACK: none

Day 45 raw. Can't believe I lasted this long. Of course I fell off the raw wagon a few times but even with that I have to be around 98/99 % raw.

way to go! that's so wonderful!
today i'm planning on eating apples, celery, winter greens, some leftover mock salmon pate, and maybe a really strong ginger-garlic shake that i'm fond of.

Hey All ! I know that I am 7 days late but I hAVE to start now...I can't go on this way! Even though I have been eating raw dinners I've followed up by having something chocolate everyday for the last 6 days. Arrggh ! In Honor of my mothers birthday today I wil start anew.
Today I plan to have:
Lemon water, scoop of wheat grass powder,grounded Flaxseed, and mixed berries smoothie. A salad with parlsey, alfafa sprouts, 1/3 of orange pepper, lemon juice, green cabbage and carrots. Maybe an apple later.
It's a new day !

S-lots of oranges=)
I have to go to a chuck e cheese birthday party soon and I dont want to!!Waaah=/

yay!
today is really really beautiful. It's so warm and sunny! I've been repotting all my plants, harvesting my worm compost bin, and planting all the seeds i bought yesterday (nosturtium, purple basil, moss rose, money plant, lemon balm)
So far I've eaten a big plate of sprouts with mock salmon pate, turmeric, lemon and pepper. now I'm gonna have an apple and some garlic-ginger juice! i know i've said all this already, but checking back into the forum reminds me to stay raw all day.

had a good day today, think I have figured out me and cashews don't go together..makes me feel quesy..icky.
either way...
B-huge fruitsalad, mango, blueberries and a banana
s-banana ( I love them bananas..)
L-large salad=romaine, cabbage, avocado and tomato with a little of the cheddar cheese for the pizza I am making..
s-3 oranges and some mango
D- 2 small slices raw pizza, with large pizza salad ( swedish salad you always eat with pizza=cabbage, red bellpeppers thinly sliced, olive oil, applecider vinegar and italian seasoning or pizza seasoning, blend together let stand until all flavors blend..)
Dessert- Suedo baklava= chopped almonds and pecans, drizzle of honey, some cardamom and cinnamon, blend together with spoon, enjoy...tastes so good and is so simple to make.
Heading to bed to curl up with the husband and watch a movie.
Today didn't have much:
Green Smoothie - with the usual suspects
Apple with Almond Butter while basking in the sun on my front porch. The almond butter was exceptionally delicious today. And extremely filling!
Water with lemon.

Today I had a smoothie again, I have been using the same ingredients except today I left out the banana. I think these smoothies will always be what I eat first thing in the morning. These or vegetable juices.
I was out shopping (grocerys again) and got unbelievely hungry which was again around 2 pm. I had to make something to eat even before putting the things away and ended up eating a lettece sandwich again. These really fill me up so tonight I found myself just eating pieces of broccoli. And 1/4 pineapple
I have a ton! of broccoli so marinated a bunch of it for tomorrow but want to get raisins for it too. I am going to try the red pepper sandwich as well next week.
I am glad to see everyone doing so well!
Juniper, I think there are chocolately raw things you can eat :)
