Today I'm heading out the door with no preps, but I'm not afraid=)

Going to the farmers market, dropping my son off to play, then going to eat at my favorite chinese buffet near my old house. What!!# You heard right!

Romaine lettuce leaves filled with-
mung bean sprouts
cilantro
basil
red bell peppers
mushrooms
thinly sliced cukes
shredded carrots

I seriously rip these poor restaurant owners off. They have so much raw there because they have imperial/spring rolls where you wrap your "egg" roll in romaine with herbs and they have a make your own saute--where you fill up a plate and the chef cooks it for you--like an omelet bar=p Oh and mountains of fresh watermelon, oranges, and cantelope for dessert. I cant wait!

Then for dinner later..something from farmers market/sam's..probably a huge salad since I've been out of greens for a couple of days now.

We're going to to see Alice in Wonderland tonight, so I'm packing some salted spicy pecans to snack on.

I'm so glad you guys are still here=)

Does anyone else find they dream more vividly when raw? or first beginning raw?

Yes, yes and yes!:) I just mentioned this to hubby a few weeks ago. Maybe more in tune with spiritual side of things?

or even that you wish to hug everyone you see?

I do find my moods are less irritable.:)

I didn't have time to post yesterday. Had to go to my daughter's pre-K snow day and then a birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese--ugh! I hate that place with a passion. I brought my daughter's food with me, but she did have 2 bites of birthday cake (her reward for eating her "good" food and not pizza!)

Today:
B: I made a veggie green smoothie today for hubby who has type 1 diabetes and doesn't like to eat too much fruit. I was surprised at how good it was:)

2 cups spinach
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 cucumber
1 clove garlic
1 small tomato
5 snap peas
1 carrot
1/4 avocado
1 cup ice
2 cups water

hubby put in a teaspoon of stevia, good with or without

Lunch:
Veggie smoothie

Not feeling all that hungry today, may just drink smoothies all day.

I am trying to remember what I ate :) it was raw things though.

Green Smoothie in the morning
A salad at around 3, made of baby letteces, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, cucumbers
I know I had some cashews (the last of them, I am going to eat almonds next)
and a few other things which I cannot remember but it was most likely fruit as I ate the huge salad so late.

I am trying not to eat anything after 7 pm so that by the time I go to sleep everything will be digested and not trying to digest as I sleep

michbrook, I once read that Dreams are about our inner stories :) I thought this very beautiful.
