Hi All!
Woohoo!! I can't wait to see all your smiling raw-friendly faces this weekend. I'm teaching again after a four-month sabbatical and have enough energy to carry all of us through a week-long class! But ... let's not get carried away. We'll start with just one day (ha!).
I'm teaching the Living on Live Food Level 1 class this Sunday, March 7th in Southern California. This one will be located in the Long Beach/Seal Beach area. If you don't know me, I am the oldest .... no, let's not put it that way!! ... I am the most experienced certified-by-Alissa teacher in the world. It's true. I was invited by Alissa to her first certification class in 2005 and have been teaching and certifying people in both levels ever since. Plus, having been raw myself for going on 7 years, my own successful experience to the class and that of my extensive raw food community enables me to answer knowledgeably almost any question posed. (Plus, it's fun!)
Jessica, Alissa's talented customer service dept leader, is now teaming up with me to assist, promote, and support this class. I'm excited to have someone involved who has been around raw foods for almost her entire life to add another dimension to what I do.
Anyway .... wow, I'm not so long-winded usually (MichiganRoman, don't you contradict me on this!), so I'll cut this short with this:

p.s. My classes are more hands-on than demo since, as a long-time educator, I know that we learn in a more lasting way by doing rather than by watching. This makes a huge difference in succeeding in the raw vegan lifestyle, for sure.
