Hi
I am new to the forum. I have been trying to get raw since December, but keep falling off the bandwagon:eek::(
So, I just need a lil support.

Wishing you lots of raw support. :)
What raw foods do you eat in a raw day? Any ideas what triggers "falling off the bandwagon"?

Sending you good vibes and lots positive reinforcement..you can do this..I believe in you.
My biggest weakness is sweets..I love'em and should stay away from them, but I can't..so I eat healthy sweets instead..like really sweet tropical fruit, honey and nuts mixed together or dates..yum.
What are the things you struggle with? Are there certain things that set it off, or maybe certain times, like afternoon lull? Are you eating enough through out the day?

I am having the same problem. I find myself craving food (especially cheese) whenever I get upset. I wish you the best of luck and if you ever need to talk message me. We can support eachother through the hard times!

Consider there is NO bandwagon or wagon of any sort. you simply ate cooked food. Raw in the next moment.Over and out.

Keep yourself inspired. Make new foods and desserts. Instead of going out for ____, go to the store and spoil yourself instead with the ingredients to make something raw.
Read raw books, raw websites, listen to rawkin radio interviews, find a raw potluck near you. Get more involved=)
Try to not focus on the negatives, and find the positives--make good things happen.
What is the hardest thing about raw for you?
Join us over on the March challenge thread. You don't have to wait for the first of the month.
Cooked foods are addictive. Anyone who thinks they are not hasn't ever tried to go 100% raw for a week. It's not just your willpower--it can be many things..the opiate effects of wheat and dairy, possible parasites that crave your old diet, needing comfort and familiarity..
Once you taste the success and life that comes from feeling and eating raw, it becomes easier. We can help you! Just keep posting and reading=)

I too was thinking....what is this bandwagon everyone talks about? For me this is a journey.....so just keep walking and you'll eventually get there. Welcome to the forum.

Yeah, does it have scheduled departure times so I can catch it? Better yet does it make stops in Asia?:D
Actually it's an ongoing journey, you never really arrive, because if you do then what comes after you get there? I'm finally starting to learn not to be so hard on myself.
