View Full Version : Fasting for March anyone else want to keep me company

I am on another water fast and plan to do it for all of March. My last water fast was 30 days straight. I would like to go a little longer than that. So Iam hoping to go right into April to make it a 40 day water fast. I have done many long term fast, for many years once I get past the third day it usually is smooth sailing for me.
So I hope there will be a lot of faster in March. :)

oh that is awesome-- i will be here water fasting as well!!! i plan to do 7 days minimum but would really like to go til the end of palm sunday (which would be 37 days for me) and then break the water fast with green smoothies during holy week and then be able to enjoy fresh fruits and veggies with my fam on easter day.
i am so glad you are long-term water fasting too!!! i did 2 weeks last year with little prep so i think since i have prepared a bit more this time that i should be able to go longer...really would like to do what i outlined above.
i am on day two, lots of hunger pangs today and i am trying not to drink water past 2pm or so because otherwise i get up all night to pee! yesterday i stopped around 1pm, and same today...i like drinking water to help with the hunger pangs, but would rather get a good night's sleep and just tough out the hunger pangs for the afternoon/eve. hopefully they will end soon anyway! (though when i get low blood sugar for diabetes i get hungry...i use canned pineapple juice for those; i know it isn't the same as juiced fruit but when my sugar is low, i can't think and need something quick! i have been keeping my blood sugars a little higher so as to avoid hypoglycemia though, and it has been a while since i had one).
tonight we are hosting a ton of people for house church and my hubby is cooking spaghetti for them and some people may order pizza. i am not looking forward to the smells and sight of that stuff since i am still hungry today, but i will sure be praying a lot and asking God to remove my self-pity! i have had my fill of cooked food, to be sure, and really like how i feel when on raw and fasting, so i will just hang out in gratitude for that tonight and see how i can be of service to the people here! :)
have a good night.

oh my goodness! our house church was meeting tonight at our house and i was fine, just sitting on the couch while everyone ate pizza and spaghetti, just fellowshipping with everyone...but then when it was time for bible study and sharing, my tummy would not shut up! it was SO LOUD! i sure hope i sleep well tonight bc i avoided the water that sates the hunger pangs so i can sleep tonight! :) it's not too bad though, once you are used to ignoring it. i was just self-conscious because i didn't know how many other people were hearing it! :)
just wanted to share with people who understand. :)
good night.

O.K.!!!!!!!!!! I'M INNNNNN!!!!
I SOOOOO want to do 30 days!!! It's been hard for me in the past to do past 10, but I am setting a goal this time and I really want to complete it. When I look back on the past 30 days, it went by so FAST.... :giggles: So, I'm hoping the next 30 will fly by just as FAST... :giggles: (...sorry couldn't help it!!!) :p
I was very encouraged the few days I did it last month... But, I'm ready to up my committment to myself. I will post every day.
Anyway, I will do mostly Water with Juices (esp Coconut!!!) thrown in too. I'm making the committment for ME.....just for ME. I keep WANTING to do this!!! I'm tired of "thinking" about FASTING 30 DAYS..... I'm gonna just do it!
One day at a time...! .... please hold my hand!!! :)

Ok ladies, I'm jumping in as well. Did water fasting last Jan. for only 3 days and then didn't go back to fasting ever since.
Gonna give it a go this time and see how far my water fasting journey will take me. My goal is to do it for all of March and probably 1st week of April.
I may switch it up with some juices periodically.
Wish me Luck!!!!!

I am joining in, but for max two days. I did 12 day juice fast(finished 10 days ago), and now will do short weekly juice fasts. I just love that serene feeling, and I already can feel it now, early evening of the first day. Need to go make more juice. Cheers!

I am IN! I did a 22 day water fast last month and I felt fantastic! I never thought I could make it but I did. I did not break my fast appropriately, and ended up living on junk for 2 weeks so I decided to give it another shot. I will be water fasting for the entire month of March and then for a couple of days in April, namely until Easter. 30 days is my lower limit ...
Today is Monday, the 1st and the beginning of spring ... what other day could be better than this to start detoxing your body, losing some fat and being healthy? :D Good luck to everyone.

so glad to see lots of people here. i am on day three. i am blogging my water fast and had a lot of gross stuff to say today, hahaha! :)
i feel great, though hungry from time to time still...surprised that my workout was so amazing today!
def see a bit of intestinal cleansing going on after drinking my huge amount of distilled water in the morning. (stopping early afternoon so i don't stay up all night peeing).
thanks all for being here!!!

my blog is www.ayearoffasting.blogspot.com . i am not telling anyone except my hubby and my mentor about it (and you guys) bc i think other people will try to discourage me from fasting! (by the way, that does not mean fasting for an entire year; it means i will be following a fasting program this year!) :)

Well... It's 3am and I can't sleep!!!! I've been laying here staring at the shadows and thinking about that Coconut in my frig!!!! I wanted to have it later for breakfast....
Hey Tanisha...I'm not telling anyone either... I don't need to explain why I'm fasting to anyone and the discussion always feel like I'm defending my choice, so I'd rather just avoid it...
I feel so good about my fast this month! It's gonna feel good to finally reach my goal of 30 days!!!! I'm so grateful to Alissa that I have a place to come to for support and to write down my thoughts!
Well...gonna try to sleep... If I don't, I may regret it later!!!!

Hey Fasters!!!
I've just had water so far...gonna have Coconut Milk for lunch.
Interestingly, I had the priviledge of encouraging a friend today... And I realized how much I was encouraging myself! Even though we weren't talking about fasting, I saw how I could use what I told her to strengthen my dedication to myself to completey fast!!! How COOL was that!!!

Hello All: Decided to start today, March 2, so that I could finish up some food I had. So, today is a water day. Wish me luck.
I must admit that a comment that a friend made to me last week is spurring me on to lose weight. She said very offhandedly, "you obviously have been making wrong food choices." Ouch. I've put on quite a bit of weight last year
So, I am doing this to FINALLY let go of my addiction to sleeping aids AND to lose weight.
Take care and have a good day all!!!!

i love that fasting makes me LOVE bedtime. :) it feels heavenly to get into bed on fast days!
i am at the end of day four; a lovely day.
definitely am seeing my body shed toxins in many forms...breaking out, sneezing, coughing, mucus, excretion, headache (this stuff doesn't seem to last very long at all though!)...but overall i am feeling great! rest time is very precious to me, though! i am glad i don't have any upcoming caregiver trips...NO REST time on those!:)
i have been surprised that, although feeling weak, i exercise very strongly on fasting days! i remember this from before....just important to make sure to rest a LOT.
i've been drinking my gallon of distilled water every day...peeing a lot in the morning and then it slows down by evening and usually good to go by bedtime, enough to make it through most of the night. then i am SO thirsty again in the morning! funny how much water the body uses!!!
well have a good 'nother day y'all.

Hey Tash, I hope thats whats going on with me right now - shedding toxins.
My head is foggy, my eyes are super sensitive and watery, my nose has been runny, my throat was sore this AM when I woke up but now that seems to have gone away.
This is only the end of day two! Hopefully it wont get worst than this. Other than that I'm feeling very good and strong!
I agree, bedtime is heaven, nothing feels better. Last night I think I slept for 12hrs at least! My body is definitely in the cleanse+rest mode.
Renee - I hope you get more rest than you did last night! :)

It's amazing how much I get done when I'm fasting. Apparently, planning meals takes a lot of time and causes stress. Oh, and I am able to concentrate so much better at school too which is wonderful because I experienced a huge drop in my attention span while on my 2 week junk food intake.
P.S. I have some almonds in my cabinet and they have been calling my name late at night. This really is a challenge to my willpower ...

Eating takes up a lot of time! hahaha I know I found myself wondering around the house wondering what to do with me time!
Plus then there's the planning of meals which takes up space in my head!
Its a nice 'free' feeling.
ps. don't go in your cabinet! ;) two days of no solids and going straight to something hard like almonds probably wont feel good.
One more day and then the hard part is over right, least thats what people say.. "the first three days are the hardest" :o

ok end of day 3! I am not feeling physiological hunger but I am craving whatever my roommates are cooking. It smells of yummy food in my apartment every time I come home but I need to be content with a big glass of WATER :) Oh well ... life, not always fair! ;)
It was funny today how one of my friends was complaining about how hungry she was and I asked her oh why are you feeling so hungry? when was the last time you ate? she responded: about 5 hours ago ... :\ no comment! I guess we should be ravenous :D
Once I pass the 5th day, I will be fine!! No matter how hungry and weak I might feel, my will power is stronger because I know how disappointed I would be with myself if I give up before even being close to my goal!
Hope you all are doing wonderful and are hanging in there!

Plus my boyfriend said hell try his hardest to not want to go to the cafe for awhile. Next time he's going alone if he does and can bring back juice for me :D

You know I'm back, I'm back, you know it (really really back)
You know I'm back, I'm back, you know it (really really back)
You know I'm back, I'm back, you know it (really really back)
And the whole world has to answer right now, just to tell you once again,
WHO'S BACK!
That's right! After a hiatus of about 10 days, I'm back in the fasting thread and finished day 2 of my 90-day fast. I'm at Malapacao island, and to make you all jealous, look at http://www.malapacao.com! This place is heaven. Drank a coconut straight off the tree when I first arrived...
I did a gallbladder flush yesterday/today, and for those of you who haven't done one, I highly recommend it. A handful of green, slimey, pea-like stones came out over the course of today, apparently all from my tiny gallbladder! Crazy! Here's what I did. Yesterday I drank 7 drinks, each of one whole apple blended with water, and each 1 hour apart, beginning at 6am and ending at 1pm. Then, at 4pm I drank Epsom salts mixed with water, and more Epsom salts at 6. At 7:30 I drank a "dinner" of bentonite and pureed gogi berries in calamansi juice. Then, at 9pm I drank a mixture of 1/3c olive oil and 1/3c coconut oil.
This morning, I drank Epsom salts at 6am, then again at 8am. Then...all day I had crazy diarrhea and kept passing more and more stones. I had NO idea I had those disgusting things in me!
Anyway, the whole process was revolting, but worth it. All I took today was some shiitake broth mixed with fresh coconut cream and cayenne tincture.
Looks like I will be learning a LOT about fasting, so I would be the one to ask for the next three months, while I'm ripe with resources!
SOOO glad this thread is continuing in March!

wow, that is interesting about the cleanse. i have read that stuff before but not done it.
day 5 of water fast (yesterday) for me was really tough. i was SOOO weak. i am wondering if my liver will be damaged by releasing too many toxins at once. i think i must have a ton of medicines stored up in my body. (epilepsy meds!)
i have been praying about when to stop and do green smoothies, then return to fasting, etc. i need to do some research on this...liver damage from fast detox.
would love any feedback!
trying to rest as much as possible but some days it is NOT possible to rest "at will"-- i do have to work, caregiving, and lifeguarding...
thanks all for your shares!

I am glad there are people fasting in March so I do not feel so alone. I am doing really well with my water fast. I had a headache for 2 days but I am good today. I always wear extra layers when I am water fastingbecause I always feel cold even when not fasting. I wanted to try to post on here everyday but I just am so busy right now I do not know when I will get on here.
I am glad the sun is out today and I can enjoy the nice weather.

I have a colonic scheduled tomorrow and that always makes me feel better. I knew this fast would be hard because I was taking sleeping aids alot and pain meds so lots of gunk to get out.
Glad I have this place to come and get encouragement.

Hey Fasters...
Well, looks like I'm pushing the restart button too! I made my best friend some RAW goodies and found myself "nibbling"... Mostly on fruit, though...
In my head I want to do 30 days so much!!!!! But, my RAW demos are coming up and I'm making RAW food for people and I guess it's hard for me to Fast doing that. I REALLY want to so much....guess that's why I keep coming back to it! I love how I feel when I give my body a digesting break!!!

cold and fasting...yeah...i have started putting my gallon of water right next to the heater before going to bed at night so it is warmed up by morning. even room temperature water is way colder than 98.6 degrees so makes me cold! :)
fasting and being around food...yeah...i have asked my hubby to take care of his own dishes if at all possible while i am fasting. i think being in the kitchen, smelling the food, seeing it on the plate...just arouses self-pity in me which makes it difficult to stick to fasting! i have learned that i have to ask God to remove the self-pity, otherwise i will act out on it!!!
for me, i had a "using dream" last night...it freaked me out! i thought i had broken my fast on day 6 and was SO bummed out! i was so glad to finally figure out it was a dream and i was still on day 7 of water fasting.
surprisingly, my mom asked me today if i was still fasting (i didn't think she knew!)...so i had to be honest and answer her that yes, i am, and she asked how long it had been and i said 7 days. i told her i was doing a lot of resting and not really exercising much during this time. i think she was reassured by the fact that i looked good and could still keep up with my nieces and nephews. i am sure she will check in on me again next week when i am there again...at least i have a few days without inquisition. :)
i am feeling a lot better than two days ago...still resting a lot! but encouraged by some research i have been doing online, and by the fact that good stuff seems to be happening in my body.
have a good night all!

So today is my 4th full day of fasting, and I woke up last night at 2am feeling horribly sick. Achy limbs, nausea, headache. The most ill I've ever felt in my life, I think. I spent a half hour thinking of getting up for a drink of water!
I'm supposed to be drinking a number of green drinks (spirulina, licorice and rejuvelac) and shakes (ground goji berries, charcoal, calamansi juice) along with broth and supplements every day. But even after drinking one, I get acidy burps all day long. So today I only had water from one coconut, a green drink and a shot of apple cider vinegar. I'll post my daily schedule here once I get on it, because I think it could be educational for some of you. ;-)

Hello All: Tash, I have those dreams too and they crack me up. I usually start on day 6 with the dreams that I've eaten and get all bummed out. I then wake up and am so relieved. Today is Day 5 so they should be starting soon.
The last couple of days were really hard. Severe headaches and mostly confined to the bed. Then, at night I would have the worst insomnia. It has been a vicious cycle. Yesterday, I went and had a colonic and that helped improve things 100%. Lots of toxincs were cycling through my body, but yesterday and today I feel GREAT.
I live alone so food is never tempting, but this weekend I have my niece and I have to feed her. Must hold on. I don't have any comittments for the next couple of weeks and this is a great chance to fast and get my weight down before Spring arrives.
Wish me luck All and Happy Fasting!!!!

Free, I do colonics twice a day. And if I'm clogged (like I was yesterday), the owner gives me an oral enema (1 part sea water to 2 parts warm ginger tea) to get things moving. I drank 2 litres of that last night. But all that came out was yellowy water! The owner thinks I might have a blockage in the kinks of my colon, because when I do a colonic it really hurts.
Feel much better today. In 4 full days I've lost over 8 pounds! :)

that's a LOT of colonics. from what i've learned about them... doing that many isn't safe or advisable but i'm no expert that's for certain.
but for me personally... that much water going into areas where nature doesn't intend water to go... would remove soooo much good bacteria etc. that i'd be concerned doing it. i absolutely would not add in enemas as well. EEEEK

hey, checking in at the end of day 8 of water fasting. today i was caregiving and my hubby said maybe i should eat something since i was so weak and i thought, hmm, there is a lot of good food here!!!!!! :) but thankfully my selfish instant gratification/justification didn't make the choice and i am finishing out the day tired, but feeling great.
i had a mid-day rest flat on my back on the couch and i feel like that did wonders for my energy!
i have been sleeping about 8-10 hours per night then sitting for a long time in the morning, doing nothing but talking with my hubby, praying, reading my Bible, and meditating and praying for other people. oh yeah, and drinking my gallon of distilled water. then i go to the bathroom and am ready to start the "Active" part of my day! :)
tomorrow is a lifeguard in-service and i am seriously wondering how it will go. we usually have to swim laps and then do a pretty physically intense training session. hopefully tomorrow will be an easy day! but i will be coming straight home to shower and rest after that!!!!!

hey all, here on day 9 of my water fast and STILL ALIVE. :)
my hubby cooks some good-smelling stuff but i am so full of water i have no desire to eat! :) or break my fast or whatever. i know in the past, once i have broken it, i am finished for a long time. so i really want to succeed!
we had a lifeguard inservice today--very very physically demanding two hours. i had told my boss beforehand that i was doing a cleanse that makes me very weak, and she was gracious to watch out for me specially and told me that if anything was too much, to just stop. i was very grateful for that, and only skipped one thing (after rescuing four people in a row, to pull the last person out of the water by myself). i was very very very tired and came home and could barely give myself my shower. and THEN, heaven--i got to sleep for an hour! :)
today was the biggest day i was worried about for my 30 days, which will end the day after palm sunday. i feel like if i made it through today, the rest is manageable. yay!
well, time to do a research paper--thankfully for that i get to SIT and read/write (still tiring, but not as much as moving around!)
have a great one all. :)

bikediva, i experienced last night what you were describing...the achy limbs, headache, nausea, acidy burps all day long (well i don't know if they were acidy?) it was soooooo uncomfortable!
last night it was so hard to sleep and finally i got up and had some water, which helped a lot and finally i could sleep.
this morning i really hoped that something would come out when i went to the bathroom...it feels like something is trying to make its way out?? but only a minute amount.
just in the last few minutes i am starting to feel that sick feeling again and guess i am going straight for the water this time/ don't care if i have to get up and pee, this is really uncomfortable.
i am on day 10 and hubby said to me today "you are 1/3 of the way through!" that was really encouraging. his last couple of comments made me not want to tell him anything about my symptoms bc i felt like he kept trying to talk me out of it, which was really tempting to do. :)
i sure hope something happens in my gut to ease this discomfort. i am really feeling like wow, i can't believe my many years of eating junk is really so intensely difficult to get out- i always believed it just passed through. so now, i am getting a WAAAAY different perspective on what goes into my body and the consequences of it! (though it is much harder to keep that perspective when you are feeling great and care-free and everybody else is doing it and they seem just fine!)
ok, time for some water. i know the further into a fast, the more intense cleaning happens, but please tell me this won't last for the next 20 days......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey all, day 11 water fast today...and the discomfort has left--big time YAY! i think drinking water whenever feeling discomfort rather than just mornings has helped a lot.
though day 11 seems an overwhelming number, as it is 9 days til day 20, my hubby helped me out a lot when he said i could look to day 15--which is half-way through. i like that, and it seems much more manageable.
i really miss my intense workouts and having energy to do ANYTHING plus having energy reserves, which is how i feel on raw fruitarian.
well, continuing with God's strength and definitely feeding on His Word, the Bible, and prayer.
finally finished with the water-drinking/resting part of my day (takes so much energy to drink it!!) and time to do some more active stuff, like showering and doing errands. God help me!!!!!!!

i am here on day 12 of water fasting, just checking in. yesterday did a short weight-training time to see how it would go and if detox symptoms would overwhelm me like after the lifeguard in-service, but so far so good. feeling pretty good today. definitely drinking LOTS of water (a gallon plus whatever is needed during the day) is helping.
i do have a question: upon breaking a fast, i heard cabbage is good to scrape the intestines of the debris loosened during the fast. but i was planning to green smoothie fast afterward to help my body get used to digestion. wondering if blended cabbage would do the same thing or not?? really need some help on this one. like i feel like a lot of stuff is happening in my intestines but i don't always have a BM, and if i do, not much. so think the scraping makes sense but does a green smoothie do the same thing, to just push everything along and out??
thanks all and hopefully see you tomorrow.

where did everyone go?
i am on day 13 of my water fast. yesterday (day 12) started to finally feel a little more energetic and it has continued today. i hope this will continue more!!!! :)
wondering what kidney stones look like when they come out during a liver cleanse? besides like pebbles- like, what color? i had some BM that looked like pebbles. i have just been curious about all the shapes and textures that have come out during this water fast on different days...maybe i will research that.
really excited that tomorrow is 2 full weeks of water fasting! :)
have a great day.

Hi
Tasha how are you doing?
I was wondering where everyone went also.
I am feeling good and have much more energy today.
My pants are loose which is good since they were too tight to began with.
I do not have patience for ego driven people, it is all about them and they can not stand to have the attention diverted from them. They act like know it alls.
This fast is making me less tolerate of that behavior.
I hope whoever is still fasting is doing good.

thanks for posting, gals! good to hear how you are doing.
today is day 15 for me- halfway through--yay!!! i seriously can't wait until this is over! :) hehehe.
i have not been able to get onto this board for the past two days and have REALLY missed it. especially yesterday...through some twist of conversation last week, i ended up telling my mom i was fasting...big mistake!!! she has been freaking out ever since then, and now my dad knows and he is freaking out too. it was really hard, not because i have to convince them, i mean, i am fine with where they are at. it was hard because my mom was trying to convince me to stop, and boy, do i want to! i mean, most of me doesn't, but part of me REALLY misses eating real food. especially smelling stuff yesterday and today and seeing it on the movie tonight, it just looked so good. and i had another dream about eating...yikes!
but anyway, i am feeling much more energy than previously which is awesome! i found out yesterday that when my body says "i am thirsty" that i need to give it water IMMEDIATELY. i was procrastinating on drinking water all morning (i felt so energetic in the morning!) and then i crashed in early afternoon. i was SOOO weak. so i started gulping the water. little by little i started feeling better.
so today, i did NOT procrastinate--i drank my gallon in the morning, then gulped more whenever i felt thirsty for the rest of the day. so a little more than a gallon and a half. and felt so much better today.
will keep checking in as close to daily as i can--this is a safe refuge for me...not very many of those while water fasting!!! thanks sooooo much for being here!!!
night,

i have been praying this morning because i feel like even drinking almost two gallons of water a day (takes all my waking hours!) i still wake up feeling so thirsty. this morning my heart felt like it was working so hard to circulate clean blood and it just couldn't find any...
since i am unsupervised and have no one watching my toxin levels, i feel it wise to break my fast today, because i really do not want to damage my internal organs or stress out my kidney/liver. i know they have a lot of cleanup work to do, but i think i will have to just be patient and continue with my fasting program for as long as it takes. right now i am looking at a week of water-a week of green smoothies- water-gs, etc.
so, now begins my week of green smoothies. will prob come back next week during the 7-day water fast!
good luck to all who are still doing the water! maybe by next march i will have enough fasting behind me to be able to do the entire 30 days...
love

I see no one is posting here anymore. But I am going to finish this out here. I am feeling good I even took a small trip and still stayed on my water fast.
I am glad I did not break my fast because then I would have to start over at day one. My skin is still breaking out some days but getting better and I feel so peaceful.
I plan to do go into a juice fast after my water fast and continue until at least may.

I hope no one is posting anymore because they are busy and not because they broke the fast. 24 days? wow way to go!!! You're my inspiration to keep going. I am my biggest enemy ... I feel so tempted to talk myself out of this but then I find some sort of inspiration and go on. It's not like I'm even hungry ... I think I'm just bored (too much free time on my hands) and eating sounds like a good way of getting rid of this boredom. But if you can do it, I can do it too.

hi Iulibos I am glad you are still on this thread. I agree with you when bordem hits that is when fasting feels harder.
i am still feeling good and i tried on some pants I have not worn in awhile and they are too big for me.
I am doing a lot of de cluttering and I feel great, I love days where my energy is high and everything just flows.

I can not believe it is already Day 26. I have been going into the sauna almost everyday and it is doing great things for my skin. I am going to finish out my water fast till the end of the month. Then right into a juice fast and I just feel so wonderful.
I am hoping to have a buddy to juice fast with it is so much nicer to have a buddy to talk about fasting with and just keep each other company.
If anyone is still fasting I wish you all the best and you should be proud of yourself no matter how many days you are doing.

Are you aiming at 30 days? How long are you planning to do the juice fast for? I would definitely join you on the juice fast but i still have quite a lot of the water fast ... I will let you know when I'm done:) Thank you so much for still posting. It really helps me to know there's someone out there who is still doing it. Your support is greatly appreciated in moments of weakness. I have a question for you. The longest I've gone water fasting was 22 days and I did feel wonderful and energized but sometimes i would have trouble breathing. I was feeling as if I needed to inhale much more than my pulmonary capacity would allow. So my question is, how do you feel after so many days? Have you experienced any side effects? I want this water fast to be 42 days and I am afraid I will be a chicken and give up after 20+ days if I experience any major detox symptoms and I really want to finish this. Thank you!

:) Hi Iulibos I hope you are doing ok. I had wrote a reponse but it did not show up. I am doing the water fast until the end of the month so a little longer than 30 days since I started before March.
That breathing thing you had might just be not getting enough deep breaths. I sometimes have loud heart beats on a long fast.
I would love to have a juice fasting buddy it is much nicer to have a buddy to keep in touch with.
I never have any side effects sometimes light headed if I get up too fast but nothing bad.
i hope you are still doing ok and hanging in there. I am now debating if I want to go at least 40 days of water fasting then juice fasting. I will see at the end of March and then make up my mind.

Hello rawmom2006,
sorry for not having posted in such a long time! I was really busy with school and work but now my schedule should allow me to post more often. I had been on and off the water fast until last week when I decided that had to stop so Im now on day 5 of my water fast. I have been feeling good but rather hungry. How is your juice fasting going? There is a thread for all fasting fans which I am finding quite helpful. Everyone seems really supprtive. I hope you are doing great an cannot wait to hear the updates.
