Today is High Raw Day 16 for me. & I am going to make a quick grocery stop for a few basic things, I am CRAVING GREEN Smoothies soo badly!! Plus I am on Day 21 No Bingeing!!! This is the highest I've ever gotten in the past, & it feels like since going to high Raw, I am even more capable of sticking out the No Bingeing!! If I make it tomorrow to day 22, it will be such an accomplishment!

BREAKFAST: 2 Red Grapefruits
SNACK: 4 Lrg Strawberries
LUNCH: 9 Cups of Spinach + 3 Banana’s + 2 Kiwi’s + 2 apples + 1 1/2 Cup of Ice + 1 1/2 Cup of Water
SNACK: 1 Cup of Cukes
SUPPER: 3 Cups of Spinach + 2 Kiwi’s + 1/2 Apple + 1 Banana Frozen + 1/2 Cup of Water + 1 Cup of Ice

Last day of the month. Lots of salad and fruit today.

I had a night craving for fruit. I ate so many strawberries and apples, that I woke up this morning with food coma (I felt drowsy and wanted to fall back asleep). I now weigh 122.2 lbs (with digesting fruit inside my tummy).
I felt really slow and heavy even in the afternoon, so I did a Tae Bo workout. My limbs felt heavy throughout the workout, but I feel great now. :)

A great day today.
I got the haircut I've been dreaming about for years now. I've been trying t grow out my natural colour (ash blonde) but my hair has always grown slowly, so when it would get to a few inches I'd get impatient and just dye it light blonde. No more! It had grown out three-four inches, so I went and got ALL of the dyed hair off. Looks fantastic! a big change though to past the shoulders to super short.
I'm happy that I'm just that much closer to being completely natural!
B: 16 medium nanners
L: had my big salad early. romaine head, 8 medium tomatoes, and 2 small avos. I DREAM of eating this everyday, it's been my dinner each night for about two weeks now, I'm loving it!
D: 6-7ish pounds of red grapes
Also 1 nectarine and a few lentil sprouts that I nabbed on my way through the kitchen.
