Allergic to Avocado and Coconut

HI I am allergic to avocado and coconut and so many recipes call for these ingredients! Any suggestions for substitutes? Thanks!

I'm sorry I don't have any suggestions, but I do feel your pain. I am allergic to cashews and mangoes and I so love them both.
