High Raw Day 14 for me
Not a very healthy day. The day is over, time for bed.
4.5 Liters of Water
BREAKFAST: 3 Navel Oranges
SNACK: none
LUNCH: 1 Avocado + 2 Dates + 1 1/2 Cups of Ice
SNACK: none
SUPPER: + 3 Dates + 1 Avocado
SNACK: none

Salad, fermented veggies, oranges, grapes, blue berries, choc pie,
choc pudding, more salad.

starting up again on the 30-day challenge. this was very helpful for me in december and i had 2.5 months all-raw but read a fasting book that used some cooked organic foods in-between fasts and i thought maybe that will work for me too, but...nope!!! :) unfortunately, it is difficult to get back into the habit of raw by myself, so...
very grateful to have all you here! :)
will be posting my day one tomorrow. well i guess technically it is day one for me since it is 1am and i haven't eaten anything cooked today--one hour, but...yay! :)
