Anyone who believes the need for B12 is not a myth have any recommendations for how to get it the raw way? Without the wretched nutritional yeast as an option?

We recently discussed this and some experienced folks shared some GREAT pointers well worth looking over... use the Search option - I believe that thread was in mid-January!

I take this B12 (http://www.iherb.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Methyl-B-12-5000-mcg-60-Lozenges/117?at=0)daily. I don't know if it's raw, but I have to take it for medical reasons and this fits the bill for me. *Ü*

I'm pregnant and take a B-12 suppliment because a recent blood test said my B-12 was low.

I take Jarrow Formula B12 and eat fermented foods when I can, although that is not often as I don't ferment them myself.

I know a lot of raw foodies like to say you can get B-12 from different vegan foods, and maybe that's true? However, why risk it if it's not true? It's not like we're failing as raw vegans if we choose to take a supplement!

I think I've been very low for years as in the last 2 months I've had two shots of B-12 and I've been taking a supplement every day..Now I have way more energy, my face has gone from ghostly white to a nice warm tan/rose color, and I just feel a lot better.

I take a B-vitamin with B-12 (about 50-100 mcg) each day since I don't eat meat
