High Raw Day 11 for me.

Still up..vicious cycle repeats

It's going to be quite the carrot day...some more pimples arising on my face..

BREAKFAST: Smoothie: 1 Pear + 1 Kiwi’ Frozen + 3 Cups of Spinach + 1 Cup of Ice + 1 Cup of Water
SNACK: 1 Red Grapefruit
LUNCH: Smoothie/Juice Experiment: 5 Lrg Carrots + 1 Apple + 3 Cups of Water
SNACK: 1 Pear
SUPPER: Smoothie: 4 Lrg Carrots +1 Cups of Water + 1 Roma Tomato
SNACK: 2 Frozen Banana’s Soft Serve Ice cream + 1/4 Cup of Water

I had those pimples all over my arms when I first started raw.

All raw today and did not eat much.

I was so surprised by the scale this morning! 124!
I expected to have gained weight due to my higher calorie intake yesterday.

Today, I definitely went through some detox symptoms. I woke up feeling tired. I had a mild headache throughout the day. My jawline acne was more swollen (my face is still in better shape than before my raw-diet challenge).

My calorie intake was lower today than normal (under 1000). I may eat later, but i'm not all that hungry right now.

recently I've had a taste for green smoothies that other people would probably find unpleasant: arugala, tons of garlic and tons of ginger, and water. That's mostly what I've been having the past few days, out of a jar that i carry around. And an avocado or some tomatoes between smoothies.

weird huh? But I have to say it makes me feel a little proud to consume an entire huge bag of arugala all in one smoothie. And talk about energizing!
