1. In food processor, combine 4 oz basil leaves, 1/2 c walnuts, pinch salt, pinch pepper, 1/2 clove garlic. With machine running, stream in extra virgin olive oil until a thin pesto texture is reached.
2. In a blender, combine either 1/3 cup mixed sesame seeds (white and tan) or 1/4 cup tahini, 1/8-1/4 tsp cumin, salt, pepper, juice of 1/2 lemon, zest of 1/4 lemon, 1/2 clove of garlic, a little olive oil, and enough water to make the consistency you like. SOOOOO good.
