I got money, need sprouts!! (Help plz)

Soooo this lil boy has been workin so that he some little seedlings to grow.

He was just wondering. What are your favorite sprouts?

Which are the easiest to digest raw, and which are the hardest?

What's the typical best buy for price/nutrition?

I like broccoli best. Cuz of all the good things it possesses --anti-cancer stuff hormone regulation stuff etc. Reminds me i haven't done any in a while!

But I mostly grow/not sprout wheat, kamut, oat and barley grasses and sunflowers.

I like many of the mixtures sold from Sprout People on line ... gives you great taste and lots of variety.

I mix alfalfa with radish and fenugreek - my favorite mix

I get a mixture from the Sprout People called Nicks Hot ... it has radish, mustard, alfalfa, onion, and more . Lots of different sprouts .. it is good.

I think alfalfa is the easiest sprout to grow and tastes nice. I think the Sprout People have a chart or may list the nutritional aspects of all the different kinds. Check them out.
