Take this rehydrating and nutritious drink with you on bike rides, hikes or simple walks. The goji berries will provide you with healthy fruit sugar, complete protein and countless other nutrients. The coconut water will supply lauric acid, electrolytes and more. Or, just enjoy anytime of the day for a delicious energy boost!

Ingredients
- 2 cups young coconut water
- 1/4 cup goji berries

Directions
- Combine the goji berries and coconut water, and set the resulting drink in the fridge.
- When the goji berries are rehydrated, drink the juice along with the gojis, or discard the gojis and use them in a smoothie. You may want to close your eyes and picture yourself on a paradise island :)

Toss them in your yard, they'll nourish the local plants and might even become a goji bush.
