I'm currently 5 months pregnant with my second child and very sick. Like my last pregnancy I have Hyperemesis ( extreme morning sickness that does not end) and have had to spend a good portion of of the last five months in hospital hooked up to an I.V.
I have also had sever digestive problems for most of my life, and because of my many health symptoms I believe I have major problems with malabsorption...Oh and I'm anemic.
In the past ( I've been raw on and off) I did I would do a 10+ day juice fast before starting raw foods and that would work perfectly and would feel 100% better..However, going straight from cooked to raw foods doesn't really do that much for me. But, now that I'm pregnant I don't feel its safe to do a juice fast! What else can I do safely to get healthy fast?
Green smoothie fast?
Juicing half of the day then eating raw in the evening?
Drinking a Chlorophyll supplement in water all day along with raw foods?
Any ideas for a good treatment plan for me?
I'd see an N.D. if I could, but I don't have the money!
