High Raw Day 8 for me.

2 Liters of Water
BREAKFAST: 1 Navel Orange + 1 Grapefruit +Small Smoothie: 1 Pear + 1 Banana + 1/4 Cup of Water + 1 1/4 Cup of Ice
SNACK: 1 Cup of Cauliflower
LUNCH: Salad: 2 Cups of Cauliflower + 3 Cups of Romaine Lettuce + 3 Cups of Spinach
SNACK: 16 Cherries
SUPPER: Smoothie: 3 Cups of Spinach + 1/2 Avocado + 1 Cup of Broccoli + 2 1/2 Apples + 2 Kiwi’s + 2 Cups of Water + 1 Cup of Ice
SNACK: 1 Carrot

Hi everyone.

This morning, I weighed myself and I lost 2 pounds! I'm at 126 now. I just started my period a couple of days ago, so my previous weight may have been water weight.

I ate all raw today. It wasn't that bad. I did have cravings for fat, so I ate some nuts and cacao. I made sure to eat the fat a couple of hours after the fruit. I'm happy that I researched about food combinations before starting the challenge, especially because of my acne problems.

Messed up today bad. Stufed my face with crap and could not stop.

Will ge back on track tomorrow.
