I made the cheese sauce from the raw chef blog. Anyone have any idea of the refrigerated shelf life? Guess?

I've kept cheese sauce made with red pepper, cashews, lemon juice, and nutritional yeast for two days after making it. It still tasted fresh. If there was any leftover on the third day, I would put it on kale and make chips. :)

same here... no more than two or three days.
this is LIVE food... no preservatives so you need to eat it while it's fresh.

Thanks for the advise. I don't like things smothered in sauce so I always have extra. I will try to make some kale chips. I found some washed-ready to use rainbow kale at Whole Foods that will be quick and easy.

it might freeze well... you could try that too! (or make a 1/2 recipe)

I was wondering how to make some and now i will just put all ingredients in my blender and enjoy.
