The following I posted in my Journal area, but I have a question at the end and was hoping for some feed back, thanks!
I came home and allowed myself a "cheat" meal. This is something I have always done while transitioning to something different in my life. Knowing if I stick with it and can go back for a day helps me to stay on path. Eventually my "cheat" day becomes extinct when I don't crave it anymore.
In this instance it looks like it will become extinct REALLY quick! I drank beer last night and I feel simply awful today! I didn't drink enough to merit this feeling, I guess my body is just telling me to keep that kind of stuff out of it! LOL
Anyway, I am drinking herbal tea and had a banana and some grapes, I feel some better, but I am really kicking myself for wasting my money, time, and energy on something my body doesn't want or need. I guess it is part of the learning curve, my body is talking and this time I am all ears.
Any suggestions on what helps and achy, weak, body come to life more quickly....cold tomato soup perhaps?
