Yesterday, i did little to no exercise and near enough overdosed on oats, i seriously ate about 10 bowls throughout the day with a few bananas, rasins, honey. i slept around 3 hours, had a quarter of a orange, and walked about 2 miles, then had 2 celery sticks, walked a mile, cleaned the house for about 2 hours, finished my orange, gradually, this after noon i went to the gym/sauna/swim including heavy weights, ab work, 45mins technique swimming, few sauna sessions, finished up in the gym and did about 45mins lifting, through out i had amazing energy as i do now, as i got in from the gym, after around 4 hours, i am still pumped with energy... i planned on not eating, but gave in to 2 walnuts, and 2 small apples. i have been drinking water constantly in small amounts through out, i have never had this much motivation and I've barely eaten anything, people are starting to look at me different and i can here little comments here and there, people seem amazed at my level of fitness and lack of burnouts.. i only quit smoking 3 weeks ago, and have been going to a gym about a year... totally abused my body with drink and drugs...
It just goes to show, how resilient we are and how much a this diet does for us, big up the fasting for superhuman energy levels and keep going factor..
