Apple Blueberry Honey

I live in an area where apple orchards, blueberry farms and beekeepers are present. These three foods are regular fare for me and I never tire of them.

Does anyone have recipes which combine these wonderful foods ?

OOh, you could grind up some flax seed and add blueberries and honey and make some yummy pancakes. Or cookies.

What about an apple, blueberry, honey Crumble... or salad with honey dressing mixed with something else..? Ice cream/sorbet with honey drizzle. Can you dehydrate honey into little shaped IDK candied type snacks with slices of blueberries...? Some yummy soft Loaf..?

Neat Idea ! So simple..why didn't it occur to me? I couldn't wait for my blueberries to thaw to try this..so the berries were a little chilly but what a great combo! I made little rolly polies with the honey and berries at the center and the ground flax as a coating. Ate some while watching the olympics.
