I haven't used my Greenstar for a while now. Can you also create recipes with it, has anyone tried that? And if yes,- do you need any special parts for being able to do that? Thank you :)

No, my use of my Greenstar is very simple. Usually just celery cucumber than any leafy green but spinach, don't like clumpy juice, I save spinach for smoothies.

thanks for your reply, Stina :) it says that you can make nutmilk and recipes...but I don't know how........has anyone done this and was it a success?

I have a champion juicer which is not the same type, but I'm sure the greenstar homogenizes as well. I use the homogenizing plate to make nut butters, ice cream, pates, and make dough for breads/crackers really smooth. But I use my juicer for veggie juice the most.

Good Luck! :)

I looked up the greenstar and it can make the recipes I mentioned above!
Though I am a big vegetable juice fan sweetened with a bit of fruit, so I usually just make juice. Also love parsley juiced with apple! mmm

Thanks so much, CrazyDelicious, it worked! My son and me put soaked sunflower seeds, parsley, leek, tomatoes, red bell peppers and carrots through the GS and out came a wonderful pate. We served it on the lettuce leaves and my son ate it with olive oil, pepper and some sea salt. I am so happy he liked it and wants me to make some more asap!
Yay :)
