How do I subscribe to a thread?

When I start a thread or post in a thread, how do I get it to show up when I click on "User CP"? :confused:

Just click on your own name and go to Statistics. It'll tell you which posts you'd added to or threads you've begun.

There are four buttons over the right side of your post. Under the first one-thread tools, you'll see "subscribe" and you can check if you want e-mail notifications, then hit add subscription. Once you subscribe you can find it under the subscribed threads list in CP.
