Recipes that do NOT require a dehydrator?

I do not own a dehydrator yet but would like to be raw even until I get one. Does anyone have good recipes for food and snacks that does not require the use of a dehydrator? Please let me know!!!!

I posted a recipe for raw gnocchi w/marinara that doesn't require a dehydrator and another for kung pao broccoli & mushrooms. The second one I use a dehydrator to heat the food up a bit, but you could just eat it at room temp & it would be fine. :) Are you interested in savory or sweet? I have a bunch of cookie/brownie recipes I could post if you want me to dig them up.

When my dehydrator was on the fritz, I made lots of raw soups! Raw soups I love because they are so quick and easy. Also zucchini pasta with marinara, tons of salads with nuts or a raw pate on top, sushi with nut pate and veg inside, collard rolls, veggies and pate in endive boats, and ofcourse tons of desserts!!!

I only use my dehydrator for making breads and crackers - most of what I eat is quick and made without a dehydrator.
Mainly because when I'm hungry - I'm hungry now LOL. :D
