grapefruit / raw honey during the master cleanse?

its probably okay i would NOT do orange juice or any too sweet juice. honeys probably okay too. my dad did it and he did grapefruits for a couple days because we were outta lemons. he also used jeruselum artichoke syrup because we didnt have maple
