Raw recipe size in Alissa's book?

Does anyone know if the recipes in Alissa's book are sized for one peson or two? My husband and I are planning to follow the four week outline next month, but I need to know if I should double the recipes or not.

Depends on the recipe and if you want left-overs. The chili will feed about 10 as will the lasagne. The crepes... ummm, one ~ me! Well, He can have some too.

Most will feed more than two. I'd recommend not doubling.
