My garden is producing much cilantra and I am finding cilantra with pineapple makes tasty green smoothies. Is there any health caution against plenty of cilantra? Particularly, does cilantra contribute to kidney stones? One family member has kidney stone problem so I am concerned. I searched the web for information but did not find any definite information on cilantra.

I've only heard good things about cilantro. It removes mercury and other heavy metals from the body. The only other food that can remove mercury is chlorella.

Make a smoothie with handful of cilantro, juice of a red grapefruit or 2, juice of an orange, a few chunks of frozen pineapple, a banana, splash of almond milk, dash of cinnamon, and dash of stevia. My favorite!
