Hi, I'm tired of having to suck in my gut everywhere I go. Everybody who sees me thinks I look thin, but I'm not. I have a gut that gets on my nerves. I also have a bit of arm fat that's covering my muscles (I work out a lot, you can feel muscles under my arms, legs, chest, etc. but can't really see them unless I flex, whereas on other people they don't have to flex, and you can still see them), I have fat on my thighs, calves, and butt.
And I am tired of it, so I'm starting this nutrition plan. I'm not like "obese" or anything, I am mostly muscle, but I have fat on my body that I would prefer not to be there. On top of that, I'm white as a ghost, and have acne on my face, chest, and back. (The acne on my back HURTS when I accidentally hit it against things, and stains my shirts with blood. Gross, I know.)
I'm about 5'7, 140 pounds.
It's awesome to be a part of this forum, because support is very important when going through lifestyle changes. And I'm hoping I get a bit of support. I'll post a before/after about a month after I start this, which I'm planning to do this weekend.
