Right, I'm a bit confused, i have been eating raw food for the past 3 weeks, i have booked in for a blood test to see where I'm standing nutrient wise..

I'm looking better, energy levels are through the roof. I'm probably over eating, i have been exercising regular, lots of swimming and gym work, sauna's, I'm thinking i should have a few sessions on sunbeds to improve my vitamin D..

Today i bought some linseed, ground flax, and sesame seeds..i imagine these seeds go straight through us undigested if we don't chew or grind) I'm just unsure on how much of everything i need, the way it is now I'm just cramming my face with whatever... I've ordered a bio-snacky germinator so sprouts will be plentiful soon and im planning on buying a bulk of hemp seeds to sprout (hopefully local fishing tackle shops seeds are sprout-able.

maybe sleep is lacking, im gradually feeling myself become more at one withmyself, as i write this i feel i could shut off the laptop and just nod off..

Can anyone guide me of how much of everything i need to be eating, ratio wise..

and whats the thoughts on live natural yogurt, i got a pot today and it was scruptious with some of my gluten oats, flax, rasins etc...

and which flax would you buy from this list... http://shop.ebay.co.uk/?_from=R40&_t...All-Categories...

what are any other essentials? i'm planning on getting cacao beans from ebay, .. i have so many questions... whats the crack with cod liver oil? and how do i go about buying/growing algae?

would these groats be better? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/GROATS-DE-HUSKED-OATS-950g-FOR-ALL-BIRDS_W0QQitemZ120527078850QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_P et_Supplies_Birds?hash=item1c0ff945c2

I'm really looking for the long lasting energy from oats without the gluten and paying holland and barrets prices

... whats the crack with cod liver oil?

The only thing I'm going to address here is, this site is in support of a raw vegan lifestyle so the "crack" (whatever that means) is, it's not part of what we ingest.

I'm not clear on where your confusion lies. From what you say about how you're feeling, sounds as though you're doing well.

If you've not gotten Alissa's book and dvd's, I'm sure they'll help you. We don't "do" ratios (how can anybody tell you that?) ~ don't over-think this and eat what you want, when you want as long as it's raw. That's about it.

How?

sunbeds? I'd prefer to find other ways of addressing vitamin D issues. Also a blood test after 3 weeks is a bit soon? I would just eat whatever I wanted for the first few months as its important to stay full so you keep away from going back to the standard american diet. Just listen to your body and when you feel you're in a groove and are happy with your diet , go for a blood test then because you will add things and subtract things as you go.

this morning i have ate 3 bowls of oats containing 2 bannanas, rasins, linseed and flax, maybe i just need to vary more, or im gonna stretch my stomach. i've started watching a raw vegan encyclopedia dvd, can't afford to buy alissa dvd's as yet.

so how bad is gluten on oats?
