I haven't have the courage to do this yet but now i am felling the nudge to do this.
I am planning to do a parasite cleanse first as recommended.
I am so nervous about this but i would love to be allergy free for this season (July through September).
Any recommendation, or want to share your experience?
Did it make a huge difference for you?
