Day 6 High Raw for me:
Today's Morning smoothie looks yummy, I need a boost this morning.
0 Liters of Water
BREAKFAST: Smoothie: 6 Cups of Spinach + 2 Bananas Frozen + 2 Kiwi’s + 1 Apple + 1 Cup of Water + 1 Cup of Ice
SNACK: 1 Pear
LUNCH:Smoothie: 1 Carrot + 1 Kiwi + 2 Roma Tomatos + 3 Cups of Spinach + 1 Cup of Broccoli + 1 1/2 Cups of Water + 1 Cup of Ice + ground pepper
SNACK: 1 Grapefruit
SUPPER:Salad: 1 Cup of Broccoli + 1 Cup of Cauliflower + 1/2 Apple + 3 Cups of Romaine Lettuce + a bit of sweet Onion
SNACK:none

Today I am having carrot pecan burgers, tangelos, grapes, big salad. I had 2 cups of herb tea....need this while its cold in CO. I have carrot and green apples juiced to finish today.

Mango nothing like bread bread.
Oatmeal cookies, salad, punkin/sunflower seeds,
fermented veggies, lettuce avocada sprout wrap,
choc pie and pudding.

long work day again...
40 bananas in total between 5 am and now. They are the only thing that can get me through shift work..blarg...since I also ride my bicycle for an hour to and from work.
Also my big salad of romaine and tomatoes once I got home.
