Raw Nori Sheets

Hi

I just brought some raw nori sheets. I have a few questions. Do I store them in the fridge or are they fine left out in a sealed container/package.

Also there was no expire/use by date...how long do they typically last?

They should last a very very long time at room temperature. I'd keep the little packet that absorbs humidity in the bag though.
