i am looking for recipies hat i cn make just with knives bowls, a mixer and ealers

oh yes, there are! Lots and lots. You could make zucchini noodles with the pealer and a nice tomatoe sauce with the mixer, adding what you like,- onions, herbs etc. Just improvise,- the possibilities are endless! Enjoy :)

One of my favorite recipes is really simple to make. I open a bag of Baby Spinach and put some in my mouth (kinda like eating popcorn) and then pop a Cherry Tomato, or a slice of Early Girl Tomato, or a Grape Tomato into my mouth and chew. Thats all there is to it. The tomato acts as a fresh dressing for the "salad".

i made a burger, using 2 portibello mushrooms as the bun, avocado, onion rings, tomato and lettuce inside, and honey & mustard dressing, it was pretty good.......
