High Raw Day 3 for me.
Holly Wow, do any of you regulars put raw Baby Cabbage (Brussel Sprouts) into your Green Smoothies?? Cuz yea oops I did, & ow ow ow ow my throat!!! I've never eaten baby cabbage raw b4 in my life.
Today is what I call a High Day, which is once a week for me, & usually is the same foods but more or a sugar day. I had a lot of really sweet fruit today. It wasn't going to be this way, but I had some failed attempts & I could NOT finnish eating one or barely touch another.
BREAKFAST: FAIL Smoothie: 2Bananas + 6 Cups of Spinach + 1 Cup of Baby Cabbage + 40g of Dates + 1 Tbsp of Flax Seeds + 2 Cups of Water + 1 Cup of Ice ~~~~~~~~~ didn’t finish a full mug
SNACK: 1 Red Grapefruit
LUNCH: FAIL Smoothie: 1 1/2 Cups of Broccoli + 1/2 Cup of Frozen Corn + 3 Cups of Spinach + 1/2 Orange + 1 1/2 Cups of Water /////
HAD THIS INSTEAD
3 Cups of Spinach + 1 Banana + 1/2 Gala Apple + 1 Cups of Water + 1 kiwi
SNACK: Smoothie: 20 Cherries + 1/2 Kiwi +2 Cups of Ice + 1 Cup of Spinach + 1/4 Banana
SUPPER: Smoothie: 1/2 Pear + 1/2 Kiwi + 1/2 Cup of Cukes + 1 Cup of Spinach + 1 Cup of Water
SNACK: 1 Frozen Banana Ice Cream
