Of course you can eat dried fruits. Make sure they are truly sun dried and unsulphured. Also, keep you fat intake low so that the sugar from the fruits are quickly processed. High fat slows down the processing of sugars in your body.
Enjoy!!

A lot of raw foodists eat dried fruit, especially when transitioning. Fresh fruit is easier on your teeth and is more hydrating, but if dried fruit helps you stay raw and you feel good eating it -- then go for it! It's much better for you than something from the bakery.

Just make sure the dried fruit doesn't have any added sugar or sulfur and is low-temperature dried, as belleadonna mentioned.

I like the crunch as well. Carrots and celery provide lots of crunch plus they are good for your teeth, gums, bones and more!
