Vita Mix 4500 vs.5200?

The Vita mix 4500 looks to be about $200 less then the 5200, but is it nearly as good?

i've had my 4200 for 11 years.

last year i needed a part. called vitamix and they sent it for free, even though the warranty had run out.

love it.
