Just got a wet grinder-anyone hear of it or use it with raw?
I haven't heard of this - is it for grinding grains and such? *Ü*

yes, its made in india to grind grains and legumes into a fine paste or batter between these stone grinders. They use it to make dosas, chipati, idli and stuff, those different kinds of breads. My fiance works with a lot of people from India and I'm a vegan personal chef (challenging to do 100% raw....) and he got me the wet grinder for valentines day.
We made our first batch of dosa batter last night and I'm cooking it tonight for family. I was thinking I would try dehydrating it (its soaked dahl and basmati rice, ground to batter and fermented overnight, traditionally before being cooked like thin crepes to hold curries in and stuff). Maybe I can make raw dosa! I'm going to try. I'll update how it turns out!
This thing also makes nut butters and anything that is better ground than blended, like maybe for corn tortillas raw? I'm thinkin' here...
