Hello,
I see a chiropractor in Orange county that is amazing. He says the Raw diet is the best and tries to follow it himself.
I have been seeing him a while and have never had an adjustment. Through kineseolgy he figures out what is going on with your body.
Let me know if you want his name or more info.

i do too also listen to my body on what foods it needs, but my health problems have been so severe that i don't know what is going on. So i do not like western medicine hence looking for an alternative.

And i would LOVE your chiropractors information. Thank you!

I really am disliking that "listen to your body" phrase. I don't mean that. I mean that my body has everything it needs to heal ~ although sometimes help from a friend is a good thing because we're too close to the problem to find out what it needs. :)

i loooooooooove the phrase 'listen to my body' cause i do and it works for me. my body lets me know immediately if it likes what i'm doing, or wants me to change things up. it tells me when it needs rest and when it needs exercise...

me too i have to say i love the phrase listen to my body, i feel connected intuitively to my body so i can feel and hear what it needs when and i. Instead of giving my body SAD foods that disconnect me, i can feel if my body needs a day of greens or a day of less greens more hummus etc.
