What raw, prepared foods do you buy on a regular basis? Does anyone buy their raw crackers or cookies instead of making them? How about cereal of grawnola. If so, where do you get them from?

I'm just interested in some reliable sources. We have a new health food store open in my neighborhood. I would like to give them some suggestions on where they can get some item to keep on hand besides Lara bars.

Thanks,
Shelly

I buy Lara bars from Trader Joes by the case. They are $1.29 each at my local TJ store.

I also buy crackers and cookies (all raw of course) from Whole Foods here in La Jolla by my work. I think the crackers are Mauk Family Farms ($3.99/bag) and the cookies are Karma Kookies ($1.99 each). Quite tasty indeed!

I don't buy anything ready made.

I do go to a co-op to purchase nuts.

And a farmer's market for fruits or veggies on occasion.

But I know alot of people buy things from Alissa's website, and I'm sure they are very good.

I do try and make most everything including all my crackers and most of the cookies I enjoy. But I do buy Lara Bars, Alissa's raw crunch bars, and some raw treats like coconut crackers and lemon swirl cookies at our local Central Market grocery store, in the health food department.

The Lara Bars are really the only thing I always have on hand, so easy to grab and go and keep in my purse at all times!
