Sauerkraut and avocado

I love these two together. Got introduced to combining them with Juliano's Haiku burritos. I make my own sauerkraut and love to have a salad with lettuce, carrots, celery, and cauliflower, topped with sauerkraut and pieces of avocado. A few sprinkles of dulse, too. Very yummy!

I once did collard wraps with a curry almond pate, sliced tomatoes, sauerkraut, and spicy guacamole.

It was fabulous!

There was a sandwich sop around here that did that for the vegan ruben. I had forgotten how good the combo was! :) Know what's for dinner. Curry almond pate sounds fabu too!!

hi i dont know if paste is the right word because my english is not soo well im from germany.

i open the avocado i put the stuff from inside into a bowl i put garlik, onions, currypowder, salt, pepper, and mix it all to gether sometimes i put other spices in but generally thats what i doo.
