Any good remedies for diaper rash ?

Hello,

My 19 month daughter old has developed a nasty fungal diaper rash that we can't seem to overcome. Does anyone know any good remedies for this condition ? We have tried all your standard diaper rash creams and even anti-fungal creams. We have tried to keep her out of her diaper and to not let her sit in her moist urine. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

hmmm... now don't take this as a fact... but how about doing a search on coconut oil... it's amazing for skin... i wonder how it would be for that?
