Spring water or purified water? which is better?

I'm on day one of a juice fast and I may go right into a water fast. Which is better to drink, spring bottled water or purified bottled water?

DISTILLED bottled water. If you drink a lot, whole foods sells BPA-free 3 and 5-gallon water drums and reverse-osmosis multi-stage filtered water.

I vote for spring although, I've heard recently that most bottled water is just tap water. Who's to know for sure?

I'd get a decent filter which you can test yourself and find out what's going on with your water.
