Hello everyone,

I have been transitioning to a healthier diet from SAD over last few years and while there were undeniable benefits especially in regards to moods I still don't feel significantly healthier. I converted to Vegetarian/Vegan over a year ago but still my body doesn't have the feeling I want. That full of energy and healthy feeling. While I've dabbled in raw I've had a hard time making the commitment.

I'm through my first week of a 70%+ raw diet and am still feeling kinda bleh but I wouldn't doubt if this isn't just an adjustment period. I'm really excited after reading all the success stories and tips here. Hopefully I'll be feeling the positive effects of a raw diet soon. Thanks for the sharing all your tips & stories. :D

Thank you! I'm on week 3 now and it is truly amazing! The first few days really stinker because of detox but I'm feeling so much better now. After a little trial and error I'm finding it really easy to stay on. :D

I am on day 12 and you are right..I find it easy to stay on as well, the way I feel is so motivating..
