Hey y'all! Can't remember if I've been posting regularly, I've been busy! Getting all of my stuff together to register for Bikram teacher training on top of work and lots of yoga :) Anyway, today I'm doing a GS fast, I feel like my moods have been a little wonky so I'm just taking a day to sip through a straw :). I've got two different smoothies with me for the day, one is strong greens - mustard, kale, etc with bananas, blueberries, strawberries and coconut water (and msm and chia), the other is spinach with bananas, strawberries and an orange and coconut water (and msm and chia). Here's to a stress-free day!
EDIT: I meant to say GS feast, not fast :)

so far today i've had 2 oranges and a peach. carrots and guacamole for dinner are likely...or more mushrooms and salsa!

So I haven't been posting but I am still doing my goal of about 90% raw! yum! I am snowed in today and I feel like i've been grazing a lot haha. However, my clothes fit better! Wow!
B - 1/2 cup of power smoothie left over from yesterday, vitamins, herbal tea
S- orange, 1/4 banana (left over)
L - zuchinni-chickpea hummus, carrots, mushrooms,
S - almonds, grapes
D - steamed cawliflower, fat-free cheese(not raw), salt pepper (sweet!!!!!!!!)
S - banana, very small apple, almonds, some almond butter, grapes, honey (not really raw)
I don't know about everyone else, but do you feel like you eat A LOT? I do haha but it seems to be working. I love this lifestyle.

I've planned my food and I'm starting tomorrow!
B- skip
L - fruit salad with cantalope, strawberries, red apple, banana
S - nuts! (almonds)
D - Amy's breakfast burrito (not raw but vegan)
I have to have dinner on-the-go on Tuesdays/Thursdays - get off work at 6, then karate class at 6:15.
Suggestions are welcome for something that I can have with me all day (bring to work with me) for dinner on Tues/Thurs... or I guess I can stick with frozen vegan dinners...
(posting now because just super busy tues/thurs) :-)
