Greetings.
I just made my first batch of raw chocolate candy with raspberrie sauce. Great job but it was a bit runny the chocolate...
I used the recipe from Ani's Raw food desserts:
Pg 74..Liquid chocolate:
1 cup of liquid coconut oil( I used cacao butter)
1/2 cup of cacao powder (i used carob)
1 tbs mesquite powder (optional)
1tbs agave syrup (optional)

Melt Cacao Butter to liquid (or use liquid coconut oil) and whisk in cacao/carob powder a mixing bowl until smooth. raw chocolate..
Will keep for many weeks in fridge or at room temperature for several weeks. Enjoy

1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Coconut Oil (melted)
1/4 cup Raw Honey

Blend.

Thats the way I made my last chocolate, with some soaked/ dehydrated buckwheat added for a Crunch bar effect. There's as many ways to make raw chocolate as there is raw foodies.

Ani's recipe melts at room temperature very easily, but if you double the cocoa powder, it is good. I, however, have an aversion to the gritty mesquite so I use liquid stevia in place of both agave and mesquite and it is really good.

I make mine just like how DopeRawAbundance does.

Or for a simpler recipe I blend dates and cacao and water for a chocolatey gooo..or cacao and honey ..mmmmm

Raw chocolate is the yummiest! :)

Rawpriestess Brownies is one of the most popular recipes:
1 cup Dates (pitted)
¼ cup Cacao powder (can mix w/carob)
Bit of Water (more if don't have vitamix or blendtec)
Optional: 1 cup walnuts
Blend until holds together & press into a pan. Cut & refrigerate or freeze.

I'm preparing a big V day blog post with goji chocolate, orange chocolate, mint chocolate, cayenne chocolate and blue manna chocolate. I'll be sure to share this here. In the meanwhile, check this out:
