The place I ordered it from said it could take several weeks to get here so I wasn't expecting it so soon!:cool:! I can't wait to get started :D :D :D

WOW!!! Can I just say that again? WOW!!!! I am SO glad I got this!!!! I thought it was just a cookbook, but now that I have it, it's so much MORE!! This all actually sounds DOABLE now!!! I can't wait to get started :cool:

It really is an awesome book, looking forward for Allissa's second book that will be coming out sometimes in 2010.

I just got mine about 2 weeks ago. It's HUGE! I REALLY wish that I had bought it last year, when I first heard about it. I was hesitant, though. The last time someone (and that would be Green Woman) suggested this book to me, I gave in. I just had to check it out, and I'm so glad that I did. I thought "this book can't be that good." Oh it is! And then some. I've had so many ah-hah! moments and times where I've felt that she was writing specifically about me! It has even made me realize a few quirks about myself that I didn't give much thought to before.

SOOoo, if you've been debating on whether or not you want this book......wonder no more. GET IT! You won't be sorry. Oh yeah, and the recipes? I've tried a handful of them so far and they're all so good.

I hope you enjoy the book as much as I do, Pilgrim! <3

Waite until you've read the whole thing......it really is the VERY best raw food book out there. I always tell people that if I could only have one raw food book it would be Alissa's. It's everything in a nutshell. ENJOY!!!

I read it cover to cover in less than 24 hours!!! (I think I must read insanely fast :p ) and I agree, BEST BOOK EVER!!!! I have the jimica fries marinating as we speak :D

and if you haven't already ~ check out the Alissa and Annie thread. Annie is in the process of making each and every recipe in the book and it has been so nice to follow along and make notes as she explains her process of each recipe!!
