1 cup Macadamia Nuts, soaked for an hour (dispose of soak water)
1/2 cup Goji Berries, soaked for an hour (use soak water as part of the recipe)
4 spoonfuls of Raw White Himalayan Honey
2 cups spring water, add as needed
BLEND!
This is a truly delicious, heavily nutritious drink. It should be warm by time you're done blending it, I tried chilling it but I think warm was better. Plus it made me feel all warm*n*fuzzy. This recipe makes 2 glasses, cut the recipe in half for one person. Or keep the recipe as is and share with a non-raw friend, I don't think there's a soul out there that wouldn't enjoy this.

See that beautiful Goji glow and the thick, creamy head? Ignore the chicken pockets, yeah I know you were peekin.
I just might hafta cave and buy some Gojis after seeing this! *Ü*

is the goji berry taste strong with 1/2 cup or do you get just a hint of the flavor?

From what I can conjure I'd say a completely new flavor is formed. If you don't like Goji Berries I think there's still a fat chance you'll like this. (that's not a sarcastic fat chance either)

I don't like gojis on their own, I think they taste like hay.. not that I've had hay but it taste the way hay smells.. you know what I'm talking about. Maybe its my goji berries...
I will have to try this when the mac nuts arrive !
Sounds like a good simple cure for a sugary-fatty craving which I have been getting lots lately...

You can't hide it. I know you be snackin' on hay behind the scenes.
All accusations aside, I recommend you look for the brighter, less dry looking Goji Berries if you have multiple brands to choose from (if you get them from the internet this is far from possible). For example, my healthfood store sells Tree of Life and Navitas Naturals Goji Berries, and the Navitas are more of a neon pinkish'n'red and don't look as wrinkly'n'dead... needless to say I've tried them both and the Navitas is leagues better.

Ya that must be the problem, mine are pretty dry and a deep burgundy color.
