Teaching my 1ST LEVEL 1 Living on Live Food CERTIFICATION CLASS!!!!

Hey RAWbies!!!!

I have just completed my 1st level 1 Living on Live Food Certification Class!!! It truly has been an INCREDIBLE day!!!!

She already had SOME knowledge of RAW Foods, which was nice to build on that and show her some things she didn't know. She was very eager to learn and such a joy to teach...very warm and hospitable!!!


HERE IS ALISSA'S Corn Chowder (My Student LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this!!! She added Black Pepper on top of hers as well as Cilantro...which I had never thought of doing!!!!), Almond Milk (for the Corn Chowder), Choc. Smoothies, Zucchini Pasta w/Marinara Sauce, Alissa's Salmon Pate, Salad, Easy RAW Lasagne using the Marinara Sauce.

It was such an AMAZING experience!!! One of the things that REALLY stood out was something that Alissa said in our class... Make sure you're ready at least 1 hour before. That was SUCH good advise!!! Because I was prepared I didn't feel stressed, rushed, or nervous!!! I had a wonderful student who really LOVED everything we made!

I've got another RAW class tomorrow--A demonstration, not certification class, though... I'll post some more photos then!!!

This was just a RAW Demo Class...I made these in about an hour. I also made Banana IceCream and made a gift of my RAW Gelato from yesterday!!! She LOVED that!!! These Macaroons don't look like much, but TRUST ME, they're GOOOD!!!! I'm having so much fun!!! I'm gonna Celebrate and give my body a much needed rest the next few days and Fast a bit!!! I just made both kinds of those macaroons on Friday (1/2 batch chocolate & 1/2 batch vanilla) - they are good & very sweet. If you eat one of the chocolate ones right out of the dehydrator - it tastes like a little lava cake....Don't ask me how know, but I think there are only 3 left...:rolleyes:
